| Abstract: | The perception of entrepreneurs and executives about the compliance of safety regulations has a significant effect in their working conditions. This reflects the predominance of a criterion for the characterization and classification of the enterprises, defining it true territories in the world of work. Therefore, we must, then, know the fulfillment of safety regulations in the company SISCLIMA S.A. After having researched the issue, demonstrate the need to prevent accidents at work. |
| Translated abstract: | La percepción de empresarios y ejecutivos sobre el cumplimiento de la normativa de seguridad tiene un efecto significativo en sus condiciones de trabajo. Eso refleja la predominancia de un criterio de caracterización y clasificación de las empresas, definiendo con ello verdaderos territorios en el mundo del trabajo. Por tanto, es preciso, entonces, conocer el cumplimiento de la normativa de seguridad en la empresa SISCLIMA S.A. Después de haberse investigado el problema, se pudo evidenciar la necesidad de prevenir los accidentes de trabajo. |
