Difusión del cultivo de la ciruela y sus productos derivados en la Comuna Petrillo, Provincia del Guayas

Abstract

This work will cover the diffusion of the cultivation and products derived from the ovo, belonging to the commune of Petrillo, province of Guayas, with the aim of making known the different gastronomic dishes and uses of this fruit, called plum, to demonstrate through a communicative product (photo report) how the community generates good income from the organization of the plum fair that took place at the end of October in order to show its visitors the wide variety of high-quality products that can be produced with the fruit of the red plum such as: dessert stands and main dishes of the participants, such as cakes, delicacies, liquors, wines, dry foods, ice creams, yogurts, jams, juices, cocktails and even as a condiment for food between many more. The reason for the realization of this photographic report is to publicize the agrotourism of the festival, with the purpose of promoting the economy of the commune, through the dissemination of a photographic report, thus demonstrating in each photographic shot the importance of the harvest in the commune and its ovo derivatives.
