Abstract: | El presente trabajo de tesis, contiene información de la prestación de servicios complementarios de seguridad privada y limpieza que brinda GRUPO VIP´S, a continuación se detalla el contenido de cada uno de los capítulos. El capítulo 1 se refiere al marco teórico donde se explica brevemente la situación de salubridad y seguridad integral en el Ecuador, además se encontrará todo lo relacionado con el Marketing y desarrollo de una marca. El capítulo 2 se elaboró un análisis situacional de GRUPO VIP´S, mismo que presta sus servicios de seguridad mediante PROVIP´S, y de limpieza complementaria a través de CLINER VIP´S. El capítulo 3 describe el marco metodológico, desde el planteamiento del problema, sus objetivos e interrogantes de investigación para conocer el posicionamiento de GRUPO VIP´S y su presencia comercial, hasta su diseño de herramientas de investigación. El capítulo 4 basado en un análisis de investigación nos permite establecer las fortalezas y debilidades con las cuenta GRUPO VIP´S, y las oportunidades y amenazas que se manifiesta en su entorno para elaborar las matrices de evaluación. El capítulo 5 se plantea la propuesta mercadológica y táctica en base a estrategias para el desarrollo de actividades que podrán desarrollarse con la finalidad de aportar a la mejora continua. El capítulo 6 se analiza la parte financiera del Plan Operativo Anual, inversiones de la empresa, estado de resultados y flujo neto de efectivo proyectado de GRUPO VIP´S. Finalmente, se establecieron conclusiones y recomendaciones con la finalidad de alcanzar los objetivos específicos planteados para GRUPO VIP´S. |
Translated abstract: | The herein thesis research contains information about complementary services agreements for private security and cleaning provided by GRUPO VIP´S, below is described the detailed content of each chapter. Chapter 1 makes reference to the theoretical framework briefly explaining the situation of healthiness and integral security in Ecuador; additionally it will explain all related to the Marketing and branch development. Chapter 2 contains a situational analysis of GRUPO VIP´S, company that has been providing security services through PROVIP´S and cleaning services through CLINER VIP´S. Chapter 3 describes the methodology framework, starting by the problem approach, the research purposes and questions in order to acknowledge the positioning of GRUPO VIP´S and their commercial impact, up to the design of the investigation tool. Chapter 4 is based on a research analysis, which allows to set the strengths and weakness of GRUPO VIP´S accounts as well as the opportunities in the media to elaborate evaluation matrixes. Chapter 5 describes the marketing proposal and the tactics based on the strategies to develop activities which might grow with the purpose of improving the current optimization. Chapter 6 is an analysis of the Annual Operative Plan financial side, the investments of the company, the outcomes status and the net cash flow projected for GRUPO VIP´S. Finally, conclusions and recommendations were set aiming to achieve the specific purposes planned for GRUPO VIP´S. |
