| Abstract: | The present work of investigation focuses in raising, by means of a structured analysis, the psychological profile applied to the human resource that works in the company Serviandina, in conformity with the limits of the Certification BASC. It allows identifying the characteristics of the personality and conduct of the employees as possible sources of anomalies in the security of the company. |
| Translated abstract: | El presente trabajo de investigación se enfoca en plantear mediante un análisis estructurado el perfil psicológico aplicado al recurso humano que labora en la empresa Serviandina, conforme a los lineamientos de la Certificación BASC, que permita identificar las características de la personalidad y conducta de los empleados, como posibles causantes de anomalías en la seguridad. |
