Abstract

This thesis summarizes the market research that was performed in the city of Cuenca on the challenges that SMEs face during the implementing of electronic billing (e-invoicing): it’s cultural impact, technological limitations, it’s requirements and the additional costs that must be taken into consideration by businessmen.
