Abstract

An analysis to small and medium manufacturing company in western Mexico is presented in the introduction. In a second step the fundamental problem, the low growth of labor productivity in Mexican manufacturing industry is presented. In a third instance the methodological design is shown from the proposed research for this exercise variables and Knowledge Management and Intellectual Capital and the impact on the competitiveness variable construct these organizations are presented.
