| Abstract: | This project presents a diagnostic of the management that is currently used in the Universidad Politécnica Salesiana processes, the design, configuration and deployment of the automatization of the process of "mobilization" using BPM "Bonita Open Solutions", demonstrating the feasibility of automating the processes with this BPM. |
