| Abstract: | La investigación tiene por objetivo identificar las prácticas de violencia de género intrafamiliar en contra de las mujeres afroecuatorianas, para poner en evidencia el impacto que estas, tienen en la mujer como un sistema legitimado culturalmente. El presente trabajo ha tenido como escenario el barrio Horizontes Bajos, Quinindé. Es un pueblo de gente trabajadora y acogedora, pero marcado por situaciones de violencia. |
| Translated abstract: | The research aims to identify the practices of gender domestic violence against Afro-Ecuadorian women, to highlight the impact these have on women as a legitimate cultural system. The present work has been to stage the neighborhood Horizons Netherlands, Quinindé. It is a town working and welcoming people, but marked by violence. |
