Diseño de un plan estratégico integral para el IECE / Instituto Nacional en la ciudad de Cuenca

Abstract

In this study we performed a proposal for a Comprehensive Strategic Plan for the IECE/INSTITUTO NACIONAL of the city of Cuenca. Our objective is to contribute to the improvement of the performance of the mentioned institution, concretely by strengthening and at the same time by easing the access and use of the services provided by the institution to the public (users), thereby contributing to saving time and money resources and at the same time yielding an increase of the satisfaction of the users with the service received.
