| Abstract: | In this thesis the accounting, tributary (tax) and financial assessments were carried out through the diagnosis of the structure of the company. It determines the possible accounting, taxation and finance problems with the analysis of the financial statements and it disseminates the results of the assessment to the company. |
| Translated abstract: | En esta tesis se realiza la evaluación contable, tributaria y financiera mediante el diagnóstico de la estructura de la empresa se determina los posibles problemas de la contabilidad, de la tributación y las finanzas; para finalmente dar a conocer los resultados de la evaluación realizada a la empresa. |
