Abstract

The objective of this study at the time of analyze the management of inventories and search a management model that fits the characteristics of this company is to improve economic performance, achieve balance between purchases and sales and minimize costs of stored products that are marketed. Finally, is recommend applying the model "Time Order Cycle" to avoid having invested money and not generating results as well as the implementation of safety stock to avoid shortages of merchandise and goes hand in hand with regular monitoring of stock levels avoiding loss of sales orders for failure.
