| Abstract: | La harina de pescado es el ingrediente que se adiciona en mayor proporción para la elaboración de dietas Acuícolas teniendo el mayor costo, y, por ende el costo alimenticio suele ser el rubro más importante en la producción de truchas. Por esta razón plantear investigaciones que ayuden a sustituir esta fuente de proteína cada vez más escasa ayudaría a solucionar el problema de dependencia y costo del alimento. El objetivo de este trabajo fue determinar la calidad de la sangre de bovinos procesada para elaborar dietas diluidas en diferentes porcentajes de manera que la sangre pueda remplazar al balanceado sin que esto afecte la calidad nutricional del alimento, utilizar la sangre de bovinos como fuente de proteína tratando de disminuir el costo de alimentación sin que esto influya negativamente el desarrollo de las truchas. |
| Translated abstract: | The flour of fish is the ingredient that is added in major proportion for the production of Acuícolas’ diets having the major cost, and the nourishing cost is the habit of being the most important item in the trout’s production. For this reason to raise investigations that help to replace this source of protein increasingly scanty would help to solve the problem of dependence and cost of the food. The objective of this work was determine the quality of blood of bovine tried to elaborate diets diluted in different percentages so that the blood could replace the balanced one without this affects the nutritional quality of the food, to use the blood of bovine as source of protein trying to diminish the cost of nourishment, without this influences negatively the trout’s development. |
