| Abstract: | El presente trabajo analiza el efecto que ha tenido la imposición de medidas arancelarias por parte del gobierno nacional durante el período 2007 a 2012, en la industria automotriz ecuatoriana, para lo cual se parte del estudio de los objetivos trazados por el actual gobierno, mismos que se encuentran detallados en el Plan Nacional del Buen Vivir y que se los pretende alcanzar a través del uso de varios de los instrumentos con los que dispone el Estado, entre los cuales se encuentra la denominada potestad tributaria; el análisis continua con la exposición de varios conceptos de relevancia, |
