| Abstract: | El presente trabajo investigativo, ha sido desarrollado con el fin de estudiar al fideicomiso, su historia, evolución, tipos de fideicomisos existentes, normativa legal que norma a este negocio fiduciario en algunos de los países de Sur, Centro y Norte de América escogidos para la investigación. Se efectuó un proceso de revisión y análisis al fideicomiso inmobiliario a fin de determinar la terminología utilizada en este negocio fiduciario, la importancia respecto al cumplimiento de las instrucciones fiduciarias, el presupuesto de ingresos y gastos, la determinación del punto de equilibrio, el presupuesto de ventas, las ventajas y desventajas del fideicomiso, la información que debe contener el informe de Fiscalización y la Gerencia de Proyecto, etc. |
| Translated abstract: | The present investigativo work, has been developed with the purpose of studying to the trust, its history, evolution, types of existing trusts, legal norm that norm to this fiduciary business in some of the countries of the South, Center and selected North of America for the investigation. One took place a process of revision and analysis to the real estate trust in order to determine the terminology used in this fiduciary business, the importance with respect to the fulfillment of the fiduciary instructions, the budget of income and expenses, the determination of the balance point, the budget of sales, the advantages and disadvantages of the trust, the information that must contain the report of Control and the Management of Project, etc. |
