Abstract

The purpose of this work is to analyse the implementation of a software designed to facilitate the billing process of the sales made by the company Comtransflor. This study was conducted in this company which, among others, manages the processes of purchasing, selling and billing flowers. Due to the growth of the company in recent years, it was imperative the implementation of a billing flowers software that could make the company more competitive in the market. The development of the billing software for the company took into account two important stages: the analysis of the processes and data of the company, and the design of the software. First, the information necessary to carefully analyse the requirements of the company was collected in order to develop a model of the operation. Second, based on the model obtained, this study investigated which is the most appropriate methodology to develop a reliable system that meets the needs of the users. The development of this software will provide the company with a technological tool that enables users and management of the company to receive information in a quick and timely manner. Consequently, the management of the company would be able to make timely decisions to improve their productivity.
