| Abstract: | This Essay shows and recommends the necessary steps to Constitute and start up ASBRASTOR. LTDA. This work studies some areas relates to Administration as Production, Market Investigation, Finances, Human Resources, among others. This company is in the Plastic Industry and Seeks to find the maximum return for its partners, proposing a horizontal sales system with a point to point coverage to eliminate the clients need to seek in other channels of distribution, this procedure maximizes the efficiency of the processes without forgetting the quality of the product for the final consumer. |
| Translated abstract: | En este trabajo se expone y recomienda los procesos necesarios para la Constitución y puesta en marcha de la empresa ASBRASTOR Cia. Ltda. En el mismo convergen varias Áreas temáticas relacionadas con la Administración como Producción, Investigación de mercados, Finanzas, Recursos Humanos, entre otros. Dicha empresa recala en la industria Plástica y procura buscar la máxima rentabilidad para sus socios, proponiendo un sistema de venta horizontal con cobertura punto a punto para eliminar la necesidad del consumidor en acudir a canales de distribución; este proceso maximiza la eficiencia de los procesos sin olvidar la calidad del producto para el consumidor final. |
