Abstract: The Design of an Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment and Safety was held in the city of Cuenca in the Rialto Ceramics company, dedicated to the production of floor and wall coverings. Start with the initial diagnosis compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001. With these results and building on the procedures of the Quality Management System already implemented, completed the documentation required by ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 sets out the objectives and integrated policy, identify potential hazards and environmental is sues affecting worker health and the environment, respectively. Finally we conclude with the preparation of a Manual Integrated Quality, Environment and Safety.
Translated abstract: El Diseño de un Sistema Integrado de Gestión de Calidad, Ambiente y Seguridad se realiza en la ciudad de Cuenca en la empresa Cerámicas Rialto, dedicada a la elaboración de revestimientos de piso y pared. Empieza con el diagnóstico inicial al cumplimiento de las normas ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Y OHSAS 18001. Con estos resultados y usando como base los procedimientos del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad ya implementado, se completó la documentación exigida por las normas ISO 14001 Y OHSAS 18001, se plantean los objetivos y política Integrada, se identifican peligros potenciales y aspectos ambientales que afectan a la salud del trabajador y medio ambiente respectivamente. Finalmente se concluye con la elaboración de un Manual Integrado de Calidad, Ambiente y Seguridad.
