| Abstract: | En la Parroquia de Olmedo en la Comunidad de Pesillo se realzo el diagnostico serológico en la investigación “Prevalencia de Brucelosis bovina mediante el método Card-test (Rosa de Bengala) en la Comunidad de Pesillo Cayambe – Ecuador.2011”. De una población animal de referencia de (N) 2104 hembras bovinas se tomaron la muestra a (n) 275 hembras mayores de 18 meses de edad, las mismas que fueron distribuidas en los diez sectores que conforman la Comunidad en estudio. Los análisis serológicos para detectar prevalencia de brucelosis Bovina se realizaron mediante la prueba de Tamiz Rosa de Bengala y la confirmatoria de los casos verdaderos positivos mediante la Prueba de Elisa Competitiva, los mismos que fueron procesados en el Laboratorio VETELAB de la Ciudad de Machachi. |
