| Abstract: | La compañía San Francisco de Chillogallo S.A. con más de 50 años ofreciendo servicio al sur de la ciudad de Quito no escapa de esta realidad y con el fin de fortalecer su estructura empresarial, se ha propuesto cumplir con la ley y aplicar el modelo de caja común en la organización. Para ello es necesaria la creación de cuatro áreas que brindarán soporte al sistema y permitirán la correcta aplicación del modelo de gestión. El área operativa se encargará de la programación de la flota buscando la satisfacción del cliente. El área de mantenimiento velará por la eficaz productividad de cada unidad y su funcionamiento en la operación. |
| Translated abstract: | The San Francisco company Chillogallo S.A. with over 50 years offering service south of Quito not escape this reality and in order to strengthen its business structure, it has been proposed to comply with the law and apply the model of common box in the organization. For this purpose the creation of four areas that will provide support to the system and enable the proper implementation of the management model is needed. The operational area is responsible for the programming of the fleet looking for customer satisfaction.
