| Abstract: | El estudio de factibilidad financiera para la creación de Hostería “El Refugio” en el Cantón Crucita, se realizó con el objetivo de poder determinar la viabilidad de construir este proyecto. Inicialmente se realizó una investigación del lugar escogido, para localizar el proyecto que será en el Cantón de Crucita, en la región costera manabita, se estableció el inventario de los principales lugares turísticos y deportes a realizar, características, fauna y flora, cultura, historia, clima, temperatura, suelo y las oportunidades que tiene el sector. También se elaboró un análisis detallado de los aspectos de la empresa, del servicio, complementándolo con el análisis del micro y macro entorno. |
| Translated abstract: | The financial feasibility study for the creation of Hostería "El Refugio" in Crucita Canton, was performed in order to determine the feasibility of build this project. We initially conducted an investigation of the chosen location, to locate the project that will be in Canton Crucita, Manabi in the coastal region, is established an inventory of the main tourist attractions and sports to make, features, wildlife, culture, history, climate, temperature, soil and opportunities for the sector. Also prepared a detailed analysis of the aspects of the company, the service, supplemented by the analysis of micro and macro environment. |
