| Abstract: | The study evaluated in vitro the effect of the essential oils of Schinus molle (molle) and Ocotea quixos (ishpingo) against the bacterial strain Escherichia coli ATCC 25922. The antimicrobial activity of the two essential oils was determined and the potential secondary metabolites responsible for the antibacterial activity were identified. |
