Análisis de las políticas públicas, factor social y legal para prevenir la violencia escolar en el nivel de bachillerato.

Abstract

The following scientific article will examine public policies, their influence in the social factor and the regulations related to school violence, besides, it focuses directly on analyzing the perspectives of high school students in the educational institutions of the parish Calderón in the Metropolitan District of Quito to understand their point of view. It contains bibliographic review through the methods of content analysis, synthetic analytical, therefore, the increase of cases will be verified, as well as the knowledge of this problem; in addition, the need and magnitude of implementing strategies such as dialogue to prevent directly in collaboration with the administrative staff, faculty and students is acknowledged, in order to reduce and eradicate any type of school violence in educational institutions, taking into consideration the negative impact on the victims of this problem.
