dc.descriptionLa sistematización tuvo como propósito analizar el proceso de autodeterminación y la elaboración del Plan de Vida en la comunidad jurídica de Chaupiloma, perteneciente al Pueblo Kayambi. A través de un enfoque cualitativo, se recopilaron experiencias que permitieron reflexionar sobre su historia y recuperar la memoria colectiva, fortaleciendo así su autonomía. Los resultados evidencian que el Plan de Vida fue desarrollado bajo principios de gobernanza comunitaria, orientado hacia la realización del Buen Vivir, promoviendo la educación bilingüe intercultural y el fortalecimiento de su identidad cultural.spa
dc.description.abstractThe systematization aimed to analyze the process of self-determination and the development of the Life Plan in the legal community of Chaupiloma, belonging to the Kayambi People. Using a qualitative approach, experiences were collected that allowed for reflection on their history and the recovery of collective memory, thereby strengthening their autonomy. The results show that the Life Plan was developed based on principles of community governance, oriented towards the realization of Buen Vivir, promoting bilingual intercultural education and the strengthening of their cultural identity.spa
