| Abstract: | The development project presents a methodological proposal, combining a territorial participatory assessment and a logical framework, to analyze the functioning and effectiveness of participatory budgeting in the Cochapata parish, as a mechanism to facilitate the strengthening of citizen participation.This situation arises because some officials in power have personal, political interests and end up carrying out activities that benefit minorities. |
