La tutela judicial efectiva, de niños, niñas y adolescentes en el sistema de justicia ecuatoriano

Abstract

This academic article addresses and analyzes the effective judicial protection of the rights of children and adolescents in the Ecuadorian justice system, considering the importance of guaranteeing access to justice and the protection of the rights of children and adolescents. Applying both qualitative and quantitative methodology, among the main challenges addressed by the research, the accumulation of cases in the judicial units was identified, around these, it is proposed to implement strategies to achieve the welfare and integral development of children and adolescents, through an adequate application of effective judicial protection, prevailing the best interests of the child, based on national and international standards
