Title: Análisis de estrategias para superar las barreras de internacionalización de empresas ecuatorianas
Authors: Jiménez Aldaz, Jairo Josué
Advisor: Balás León, Juan Emilio
Abstract: The internationalization of Ecuadorian businesses is a complex process, influenced by regulatory barriers, limited access to financing, logistical challenges, and the need to adapt to new markets and cultures. This study analyzes these obstacles and examines the strategies that have enabled some companies to overcome these difficulties and establish themselves successfully in international markets. Through interviews with entrepreneurs from various industries, the research identifies key challenges in the expansion process and highlights the most effective strategies, including specialized advisory services, digital platform utilization, logistics optimization, and the development of commercial networks. The findings emphasize the importance of strengthening logistical infrastructure, improving access to financing, and enhancing training in international trade. While the path to internationalization presents significant challenges, this study demonstrates that, with well-defined strategies and a supportive environment, Ecuadorian businesses can successfully compete in global markets.
