Plan de Prevención de Riesgos Psicosociales en el Teatro Centro de Arte De Guayaquil, 2024

Abstract

The main objective of the following work is to systematize the experience of designing a psychosocial risk prevention plan through an exhaustive analysis of the risk levels present in the psychosocial factors that make up the organization. Through a participatory approach, it seeks to involve all active collaborators, a total of 15 employees, within the evaluation process, in this way, factors such as: workload, interpersonal relationships, and present organizational climate that are found in a medium and high psychosocial risk can be identified. Based on the analysis of the results obtained from the questionnaires, it can be concluded that the institution called "Teatro Centro de Arte" in the city of Guayaquil, presents a medium psychosocial risk level for its collaborators. This work not only proposes the analysis of the identified risks but also contributes to the establishment of a new organizational and sustainable culture within the Teatro Centro de Arte, through the design of a personalized prevention plan according to its needs, thus benefiting all collaborators and strengthening the institution as a whole.
