| Abstract: | The research focuses on the distribution of shrimp in a logistics and transportation company. The objective was to optimize the distribution of shrimp in a logistics company by using the heuristic method of the northwest corner in the transportation processes, to increase efficiency, competitiveness and alignment with the best practices of the sector. |
