Abstract

This project focuses on risk mitigation for workers at FUNDI METALES, a place dedicated to metal smelting, in which unsafe conditions and actions have been detected that can endanger the lives of employees. The development of this industrial safety and occupational health plan meets the need to evaluate working conditions and propose measures that help generate a culture of self-care. The methodological approach began with a detailed check list, a tool that allows identifying the circumstances of the workers in their jobs, in addition to the use of the IPERC matrix.
