Abstract

This scientific research report focuses on the impact of educational digital applications on the development of spelling and literacy skills in fifth grade students of the "Mariscal Sucre" Educational Unit in the city of Guayaquil during the 2023 2024 school year. Identification of a recurring problem regarding the application of spelling standards and literacy skills, the general objective was proposed to determine the impact of educational digital applications on the use of spelling standards to improve literacy in students. To achieve this goal, a methodology was implemented that reviewed the reports of: initial diagnosis of the 2022 2023 period, observation sheets and an interview with the head and teachers of the language and literature area.
