| Abstract: | This qualification project seeks to implement a comprehensive maintenance plan for the Amaru Zoo, with the aim of obtaining international certification. Efficient asset management is prioritized, focusing on the analysis of critical assets through the AMFEC. A computer tool is developed with modules such as Asset Management, Preventive and Corrective Maintenance, Inventories and Suppliers, to optimize processes and guarantee optimal operational performance. |
| Translated abstract: | Este proyecto de titulación busca implementar un plan de mantenimiento integral para el zoológico Amaru, con el objetivo de obtener certificación internacional. Se prioriza el manejo eficiente de activos, enfocándose en un análisis de activos críticos mediante el AMFEC. Se desarrolla una herramienta informática con módulos como Gestión de Activos, Mantenimiento Preventivo y Correctivo, Inventarios y Proveedores, para optimizar procesos y garantizar un rendimiento operativo óptimo. |
