| Abstract: | The present research work focused on describing the relationship between two variables, without manipulation, and a descriptive study was developed with a quantitative approach and a non-experimental correlational design. The results of the data analysis indicated that the website design needed to be optimized, content improved, and digital marketing strategies implemented to attract visitors. |
| Translated abstract: | El presente trabajo de investigación se enfocó en describir la relación entre dos variables, sin la manipulación y se desarrolló un estudio descriptivo con enfoque cuantitativo y un diseño no experimental correlacional. Los resultados del análisis de datos señalaron que se debía optimizar el diseño del sitio web, mejorar el contenido e implementar estrategias de marketing digital para atraer a los visitantes. |
