| Abstract: | The Simio software is used to simulate the process in the coil cutting production line where bottlenecks are identified and production times are minimized to improve the output of the line. The greatest unproductive time is the time spent transferring coils, which is why it is proposed to place a top at the end of the winder. |
| Translated abstract: | Se utiliza el software Simio para la simulación del proceso en la línea de producción de corte de bobinas en donde se identifican los cuellos de botellas y se minimizan los tiempos de producción para mejorar el output de la línea. El mayor tiempo improductivo es el tiempo por traslados de bobinas, por lo cual se propone ubicar un trompo en la parte final del enrrollador. |
