Análisis de reactivación económica en restobares del Puerto Santa Ana de Guayaquil post COVID 19, año 2021

Abstract

The temporary closure of activities in the sector of Resto bars in the port of Santa Ana of Guayaquil was a sanitary measure due to the COVID 19 pandemic in the first semester of 2020 to curb the massive contagions at that time. The present research analyzes and recommends options for the benefit of bars affected by the health crisis. The synthetic analytical model and the quantitative method were used through surveys, where the preference of consumers when visiting resto bars, attendance preferences, food preferences, and the frequency with which people visit these establishments are evidenced. In conclusion, this research gives several recommendations to improve and guarantee the economic reactivation of these businesses.
