Podcast Educomunicativo: “Análisis de las tipologías de microviolencia en el aula”

Abstract

This analysis addresses micro-violence in the school environment, which manifests itself in subtle ways and can be difficult to identify. Despite being classified as insignificant by the immediate environment, its cumulative effect contributes to the creation of a hostile environment and can lead to situations of harassment and abuse. The author recognizes the tendency to normalize these behaviors and highlights the importance of taking corrective actions to prevent physical and psychological damage. The type of micro-violence present in the classroom is analyzed, identifying itself in a school in Guayaquil, Ecuador, and it is pointed out that these behaviors arise in the family nucleus and are later transferred to the school environment. Based on this study, the creation of an educommunicative podcast on microviolence in the classroom is proposed as a tool to inform, educate, prevent and sensitize the educational community on this topic, the podcast can provide detailed information, practical advice and strategies to address micro-violence and encourage dialogue and critical reflection.
