Análisis de incentivos no financieros como herramienta para aumentar la productividad laboral en los restaurantes de Guayaquil

Abstract

To have motivated personnel in the organization, alternatives must be sought to recognize their work, and for them to help in achieving objectives and goals. The main objective of this research is to analyze non-financial incentives as a tool to increase labor productivity in restaurants in Guayaquil. To this end, a descriptive study was carried out with a mixed approach, through surveys directed at restaurant employees. In addition, interviews were carried out consisting of a questionnaire of questions directed at restaurant managers, where the causes of not having incentivized staff could be known, knowing what incentives they receive and which ones they would like to receive, also knowing the improvements and advantages of this tool in the restaurant of Guayaquil.
