| Abstract: | A study was conducted to size an autonomous hybrid system on the Island of San Cristóbal of the Galapagos Islands Ecuador, three optimization algorithms were applied: Genetic, Hipercubo Latino and Nelder-Mead, the results showed that the Nelder-Mead algorithm achieved the further optimization. The sized autonomous hybrid system achieved significant optimization in power delivery. |
| Translated abstract: | Se realizó un estudio para dimensionar un sistema híbrido autónomo en la Isla de San Cristóbal de las Islas Galápagos Ecuador, se aplicaron tres algoritmos de optimización: Genético, Hipercubo Latino y Nelder-Mead, los resultados mostraron que el algoritmo de Nelder-Mead logró la mayor optimización. El sistema híbrido autónomo dimensionado logró una optimización significativa en el suministro de energía. |
