Abstract

Currently, the roads in the country have improved because today it is indispensable to be able to move to jobs, medical centers, schools, colleges, which influences time and comfort. From this point of view, the parish of Bellavista is affected in the aspect of mobility due to the fact that 38% of its inhabitants are engaged in agriculture, livestock and construction, so they need roads in good condition for their transfer. This implies a notorious help by improving the quality of life by communicating directly to the parish with the Troncal de la Sierra primary road (E35).
