Abstract

The emotional salary consists of intangible compensations of emotional value offered by the company to the employee, generating motivation, satisfaction and commitment, and contributing to the retention and productivity of the personnel. The understanding and analysis of this concept, its dimensions and its impact on the motivation and retention of talent from a generational perspective of cohorts Y - Z, allows the formulation of personalized talent retention strategies adapted to the needs and expectations of these generations.
