| Abstract: | This study allows to analyze the problem of unemployment and underemployment in the country and to show the evolution of these two variables in the period between 2020 and 2022.the research approach is mixed, the research method is deductive and inductive type, since first the reality of the labor market is analyzed from the general to specific at the local level in the province of Azuay. |
| Translated abstract: | Este estudio permite analizar el problema del desempleo y subempleo en el país y mostrar la evolución de estas dos variables en el período comprendido entre el 2020 y 2022.El enfoque de la investigación es mixto, el método de investigación es de tipo deductivo e inductivo, ya que primero se analiza la realidad del mercado laboral de lo general a especifico a nivel local en la provincia del Azuay. |
