Abstract

The Property Registry of the Cuenca canton focuses on providing real estate registry services within the city, guaranteeing the protection of personal data, the Directorate of Institutional Development and Human Talent is the fundamental department for the proper functioning of the institution through organizational level and work climate, the personnel selection processes being key, as well as the continuous training and services to be offered, as well as the needs of the institution with each of its managers, this being the object of study with respect to the direction and management of the Human Talent department, improving the selection system in positions of provisional contracts.
