Propuesta de un sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo para la empresa LABNEGRETE C.A

Abstract

Ecuadorian companies dedicated to the production of personal care and hygiene products are becoming indispensable and in greater demand nowadays, so that, as they become a necessity for people, it requires that they dedicate more time and rigor to their process in search of a final product that meets the expectations and needs of the customer. Currently, safety and prevention measures are mandatory for employees in all public and private institutions, in order to help prevent accidents and incidents of workers and their health is not harmed when using and handling chemicals, handling machinery and heavy tools constantly. Within Ecuador there are ministerial requirements that are the main basis for implementing effective policies in their processes. For this reason, after visits and surveys carried out, this research is directed towards the proposal for the implementation of an occupational health and safety management system in the company LABNEGRETE in the city of Guayaquil, whose main objective is to safeguard the integrity of its employees and the constant updating of compliance with the laws and decrees in force, taking as the guide the Andean Instrument of safety and health at work (Decision 584).
