Abstract

In this degree work is intended through the institutional analysis of strengths, opportunities, both weaknesses and threats in the way they affect the performance of administrative workers of the company PROMOLUCKY S.A., with the purpose of determining strategies that improve management both in individual and collective performance, under the technique of focus group to carry out the collection of information from the discourse of the collaborators in turn expressing their perceptions in relation to the company. It defines what is the work performance, work environment and motivation at work. In such a way as these aspects represent a significant role in the appreciation that each employee has of the place where they work.
