Estudio de factibilidad de expansión de operaciones para la empresa Comercial Chávez Cunalata Ch.C Cia.Ltda.

Abstract

The purpose of this case analysis is to propose a feasibility study of operations for the company Comercial Chávez Cunalata Ch.C Cia.Ltda. and thus find the best location for the creation of a new branch. A complete analysis was achieved through the methodology of exploratory and descriptive research, surveys and project evaluations. From there, the idea of expanding its operations to the city of Quito arose, since, by obtaining brand exclusivity from one of its most important suppliers, it can cover the entire market of northern Ecuador.
