| Abstract: | This research work aims to carry out an analysis of the resolutions issued by the Decentralized Autonomous Government (GAD) to face the COVID-19 pandemic in the Cuenca canton, which assumed the execution of the resolutions taken by the National COE before the pandemic, implementing public policies and projects whose impact must be analyzed and finally the impact of the measures taken against the COVID-19 pandemic is presented. |
| Translated abstract: | Este trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo realizar un análisis de las resoluciones emitidas por el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado (GAD) para enfrentar la pandemia de la COVID-19 en el cantón Cuenca, que asumió la ejecución de las resoluciones tomadas por el COE Nacional ante la pandemia, implementando políticas públicas y proyectos cuyo impacto es menester analizarlo y finalmente se presenta el impacto de las medidas tomadas frente a la pandemia de la COVID-19. |
