Redes de aprendizaje de docentes en educación inicial ante la crisis sanitaria causada por la COVID-19

Abstract

The work analyzes the Learning Networks of teachers in Initial Education used during the health crisis caused by COVID-19. The initiative was born from the Ministry of Education with the intention that teachers communicate and can support the pedagogical process of infants. The learning networks or network learning correspond to those communication resources for the teaching-learning process, which allow the promotion of knowledge through interaction between peers, the optimization of individuals, allowing them to build new knowledge and be able to use new learning methods. In the investigation it was possible to determine that the teachers used WhatsApp, Zoom, mainly, and Microsoft Teams with the intention of sharing and interacting different strategies for the exchange of knowledge and collaborative teacher work. In addition, the communication that was established through these networks was designed based on the children to achieve significant learning. The networks were something dynamic since in the meetings the different topics, work groups, support, observations were established. It also allowed them to express doubts and search for resources so that all those who are part of the network are active participants.
