Propuesta para la implementación del plan cantonal de emergencia 2023 para el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del cantón Déleg

Abstract

The present work aims to develop a cantonal emergency plan for the decentralised municipal autonomous government of the canton of Déleg. Threats and legislation related to risk management were analysed. A combined deductive and inductive method was used together with field observation. The results show a low level of knowledge and perception of risk management, but a high awareness of threats. Despite low social involvement, there is a negative perception of the administration's management, which generates interest in the development of the plan.
