Abstract

The mechanical workshop "Familia Lino", was born in the year 2000 and since then the workshop carries out a type of manual work, they never innovated in their processes since it is a family workshop and therefore they want it to continue that way without ceasing to provide a great service to their customers, they have a vehicle repair area of all types and brands, in addition to having a white goods repair and overhaul area. The workshop does not have any type of internal regulation or safety manual on how to act so as not to endanger the health or physical integrity of each of the workers, much less have they an idea of how to proceed in the event of an emergency.
