| Abstract: | The factors that prevent reaching the goal of 65% of the OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness - Global Team Efficiency) will be determined, through a type of quantitative research using the DMAIC methodology, the 3 production areas of the ABC bottling plant will be analyzed, tools will be used such as graphs, tables, histograms, Pareto in order to analyze the information available. |
| Translated abstract: | Se determinar los factores que impiden alcanzar la meta del 65% del OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness – Eficiencia Global del equipo), mediante un tipo de investigación cuantitativo utilizando la metodología DMAIC se analizara las 3 áreas de producción de la embotelladora ABC, se utilizará herramientas como gráficos, tablas, histogramas, Pareto con el fin de analizar la información que se disponga. |
