| Abstract: | The research took place in the province of Azuay - Ecuador, with the objective of determining the percentage of animals with high SCC, relating it to the productive stage and comparing them with the hygienic quality regulations, using image cytometry to analyze. 53% were positive for mastitis with high SCR. |
| Translated abstract: | La investigación tuvo lugar en la provincia del Azuay - Ecuador, con el objetivo de determinar el porcentaje de animales con alto Recuento de Células Somáticas (RCS), relacionarlo con la etapa productiva y compararlos con la normativa de calidad higiénica, usando citometría de imagen para su análisis. El 53% resultaron positivos a mastitis con altos RCS. |
